Jesse uses a variety of trauma-informed interventions such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Systemic Family therapy, and bi-lateral stimulation (EMDR) to improve resiliency, adaptation, flexibility, and emotional and behavioral regulation. Services are ideal for people with a history of exposure to violence.

We also offer individual, family, and couples counseling for people with no behavioral health disorders for a private pay fee.
